Focused Work for Watches That Deserve It
Tourbillo offers three distinct services. Each is handled as its own kind of work, with its own process and documentation. We do not package these into tiers — they are simply different jobs.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Each Job
Every watch that arrives at the workshop is assessed before any work begins. We describe what we find, what we recommend, and what the cost will be. Only once you have agreed to that do we proceed. For longer restoration projects, the scope is written down and signed before anything else.
Assessment
The watch is examined and its condition documented before any work begins.
Scope Agreement
We describe what needs doing, why, and at what cost. You decide how to proceed.
The Work
One technician handles the watch throughout, following the agreed scope.
Return & Report
The watch is returned with a written report of what was done and test readings.
Crown & Stem Repair
Repair or replacement of a damaged crown and stem so winding and setting feel right again, with a check of the surrounding gaskets. A focused job for owners dealing with a loose, stiff, or missing crown. Parts are matched to the piece where possible, and options are explained before proceeding.
